LPF at PASA

Hey Folks!

While I haven't been doing much digging in the dirt I have been preparing for my presentation at the annual PASA conference at the Lancaster Convention Center Feb 6-9. The title of our workshop is Navigating Chef to Farmer Restaurant Relationships and I am grateful to be co-presenting with the executive chef and lead pastry chef from Troegs Brewing Co. and the owner and chef at Woo de La Kitchen. We have worked with many restaurants over the years and are sharing our experiences working together with Troegs and Woo de La.

PASA is the statewide sustainable farming organization we have been member of since we started farming! So if you are a farmer/foodie/food advocate/consumer and are interested in the source of your food, consider checking out the conference this year.
